Next Steps

Step 1

Review your personal records and/or request files from your student's school and/or service providers. Please reference the list of suggested documents below.

Step 2

Upload documents to your student's confidential and secure Google Folder for the consultant to review.

Step 3

Review the written recommendations from the consultant and identify points of discussion and/or questions.

Step 4

Schedule and attend your in-person or virtual discussion of recommendations meeting. 

Follow-up with the consultant regarding progress and outcomes.

Revisit course of action and revise action steps as needed based on progress and outcomes.
