We exist to grow and nurture partnerships between public schools and the families of students with disabilities. Acting as a dedicated community bridge, our purpose is to connect families of students with IEPs with their K-12 public schools to ensure every student's individual needs are fully met.

Unlike other support channels that face systemic constraints, Level Path Collaborative's unique position delivers dedicated, collaborative support:
We are a Bridge: While many organizations focus primarily on parent advocacy, we situate ourselves directly as a collaborative bridge between families and schools to work together toward solutions.
We Close Gaps: We complement existing organizations and school teams by providing support that might not exist otherwise due to limited staff capacity and funding.
